Week Three, Term One

At the beginning of the term we made sticker charts, name tags for our tote trays and we made our placemats.

Mrs Sheppard came in to room one yesterday and taught us. She is having a baby which is why she is teaching all over the school. Mrs Sheppard chose a star of the day. She chose Lilia because she sat up beautifully and wrote a long story.

Last week we went to see Harold and we are going to see him again tomorrow. We learned that oxygen comes from trees. We learned about body parts like the windpipe.
We drew a picture of Harold with pastel and then dyed over the top.

The letter of the week is O.

In week one we got BB Bear in assembly for sitting up beautifully and being quiet. So far Jood, Richard, Josh and Aaron have had certificates.

We have had a really great start to the year in Room One and we are looking forward to a fantastic term.
